Win China Glaze Wizard of Oz Nail Polishes

It's time for me to do a giveaway. It's over a year since I started this blog and now is the time to give something back to my loyal followers. New followers are welcome too!! However, if you have previously followed this blog and then unfollowed, then you are not eligible to enter this contest. This is for my loyal followers.

The prizes are pictured above and are 3 China Glaze Nail Polishes from the Wizard of Oz collection. They are Ruby Pumps (the red one), Dorothy Who? (the blue one) and Good Witch? (the pinky one). One lucky winner will win all three polishes.

So what do you have to do to enter?

First of all you must be a follower of my blog.
You must be over 18.
This is open internationally, so anyone can enter. I will post to anywhere in the world.
You must leave a comment below saying "enter me" and you must also tell me who your favourite character from the Wizard of Oz is and why.
You can only enter once but if you Tweet or Blog about this then you can have an extra free entry for each one. Just tell me who your 2nd and 3rd fave characters are and leave me the link to your Twitter and/or Blog. Maximum number of entries is 3 (1 for commenting below, 1 for tweeting and 1 for blogging).

The winner will be the person who's comment I like the best!!

ETA: I have changed my mind and will actually have a draw for the winner. I will do it the old fashioned way of putting everyone's names into a hat:)
